Hello, everyone, I am kinda of new and will be moving to the area hopefully real soon. I would like to know if anybody out there has any knowledge about GreenLeaf Condo's and is it a safe neighborhood. I really like the SW area thou most folks prefer Haile, I think there association fees are kinda of high. So please tell tell me of some great SW neighborhoods.

Hi! I live in Green Leaf and I love it! The association fees are only $60/year which is way better than other association fees. There is a huge park right across the street which is very convenient and it's also convenient to shopping. We've lived here for about a year and a half and we have a 4 month old daughter. Also, one thing that I like is nearly every building is concrete block (or if it's a 2 story, it's concrete block on the bottom, frame on the top) so they are quite sturdy. Also there are a few different floor plans so they aren't all exactly alike.

Oh, and we've never had any security problems. There is a deputy living in the neighborhood who patrols regularly.

There are many great SW neighborhoods in Gainesville. It is a GREAT area! I bet Ferseyn being a Realtor, knows much more than I do. But I do live in the SW area and love it!

We just moved to Gainesville May 1st and we are renting a townhouse in greenleaf. So far we LOVE it. Very woodsy, which is nice, very nice neighbors (that we've met so far!) short walk to the park, and a great side of town, far enough out but still close to everything.

Ferseyn, we should meet at the park sometime or get together, I have a 3 month old daughter, I take her on walks to the park almost every day.
