Any good recipes for this? My hubby actually wants to try to make one, and I told him I would ask my moms on the board

Its not really upside down cake but I love it. Yellow out of the box cake
Crushed pineapple brown sugar Cook the cake by the box ( I like glass pans) before it is almost done, heat the pineapple and the brown sugar (I use light but it dosent matter) about 1/2 cup depends on how sweet you want it. Melt it untill its hot. Take the cake out and poke holes in it, fork works best. Pour pineapple and sugar over cake. I like to eat it really cold so I put mine in the fridge for the night. It is so good. If you wanted to make it fancy put some cherries on it. |
