Hi Moms,

I went to a Ladies' Bunco night in my neighborhood and got to try this recipe. All the ladies loved it and talked the hostess into sharing it. Here it is:

Real Coconut Cream Cheese Spread

8 oz Cream Cheese,
3 green onions, sliced,
1/3 cup chopped cashews,
1/2-3/4 cup rasberry jam
coconut to top

Just spread the jam over the cream cheese block and then dump all the other ingredients on top. It is so easy!!

Well, I will have to try this. Seems easy enough, although I may find a way to get it wrong...lol.
