I tried this dessert last night and it was SO good! You have to try it!

Sauteed Strawberries w/ Cinnamon & Fresh Lime

2 TBS brown sugar (lumps broken up)
1 TBS butter
1 TBS lime juice
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1 pint strawberries, washed, hulled, & halved or quartered depending on size (about 2 cups)

In a med. skillet over med-low heat, stir together the brown sugar, butter, lime juice, and cinnamon. Cook until bubbling. Add the strawberries and toss for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately. Serves 4

Serving Suggestions: Serve over a scoop of lower-fat vanilla icecream, plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt, or angel food cake.

(I think I might even try this on Lime Sherbert!)

Sounds GREAT! THanks for the recipe!! I tried one that was shared on here on Wednesday - Chicken and Bisquits (or dumplin's) in the crockpot! AWESOME! Kids loved it!
