i have tons of recipes (other then soups, lol)
heard of something you might want to try? lemme know & i will see if i have it....also i just got an email from a friend with TONS of cake recipes - if you would like a copy of the email just PM me & i will email it to you directly)

Apple Cake...

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine or shortening
2 eggs
1 cup milk
4 or 5 baking apples
Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons butter


Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 greased cake pan. Slice 4 or 5 baking apples and place on top of batter. Combine 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and 3 tablespoons butter, mix together and sprinkle this mixture on top of batter. Then sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top and bake in oven at 325 degrees for one hour.
