Ok ladies (and guys), here's the recipe for the salad I brought to the picnic. These measurements are just estimates, I usually just eyeball it.

1 Cup farfalle noodles (bow-tie)
1 Cup chicken breast (cut in chunks)
1 Cup red seedless grapes
1/2 Cup creamy salad dressing (I like to use half peppercorn ranch and half caesar.)
Anything else you want to add. Some suggestions:celery, peppers, black olives, etc.

Cook chicken in a fry-pan, season with garlic and parsley, or whatever you like. Let chicken cool. Boil Pasta. Cool pasta by running cold water over it. Combine pasta, chicken, and grapes (and whatever else you're adding). Mix in salad dressing. Chill overnight.

OMG, I just realized I didn't add nuts to the recipe. It's good without them too, but I like to add chopped pecans to the salad, though you could use any kind of nut. I can't believe I forgot that!
