Ooooooh...I wonder if I could put chocolate chips in them...man that would be good! Sounds like a good recipe to try for the house party!

These are SOOOOO worth it! I decided to try them out tonight so that we could have cookies for a picnic this weekend. They were terrific. I ended up using crunchy peanut butter with a bit of creamy mixed in, then left out the peanuts on the top. They were perfect!

I bet they would be awesome! especially if you used mini chocolate chips in the center mixture, or as part of the topping.
