Ranch Potatoes
1/2 bag of red potatoes 1 cup ranch dressing 1 cup cheese (Separated) 1 cup sour cream 3 pecies of bacon (I dont use them but its your choice) Cut potatoes in chuncks, boil in large pot, make sure you dont stir them to much or they become mashed. once cooked, drain, place back in pot. preheat oven to 350. add chesses, ranch dressing, sout cream. Stir to coat evenly. Bake about 20 min or untill it looks done add rest to chesse to top and place back in oven untill melted. Hint: I shread a bolck of chesse when i make this and just half it. Dalton likes to help make this, good kid project. |
