So, how many times do you eat fast food a month, a week? We all know it is bad for us, but this articles really brings that point home.

Fast food doesn't even taste like food anymore. Honestly, even with the high fat, potential liver damage, I'd probably still eat it once in a while, but lately, it's not even really tasty.

I usually do Chic-Fil-A or Subway when doing fast food. And lately, I have been really craving the chicken sandwiches at Chic-Fil-A. It was that way with my last pregnancy. I swear, I think they even knew my name...heh. But I heard that Chic-Fil-A uses peanut oil and that it is way better for you than say, a burger at McDonald's. Has anyone else heard this?

I think Chick-Fil-A is my fast-food weakness too. I eat there at least every other week. (That's my treat when I have to go grocery shopping). I've heard that Peanut Oil is better. And I do try to skip the fries and get the fruit cup instead. I also request the wheat bun on my chicken sandwich (most of the time). If only I could bring myself to order the grilled sandwich now!

This article sure makes me glad I made a salad for dinner!

Seriously though, I do crave fast food sometimes (I was wanting to get a sausage biscuit from McDonalds tomorrow morning but now I'm not so sure) & when I was pregnant & having "morning" sickness I loved McDonald's Happy Meals! I do prefer Chickfila but I can just eat cheaper at McDonalds.

I amend what I said earlier. Fast food breakfast (sausage biscuits and the like) are still a major temptation, and Chik-Fil-A is probably the best of the bunch, I think.

All this talk about breakfast biscuits-- that is my biggest fast food weakness. And I may just have to give in this week.

Ugh, and I took the kids to McDonald's for dinner tonight. Thankfully we only eat out once a week or so. I love Chickfila! Okay, so we ate there the other day, too Smiler

I love Chic-Fil-A b/c my kids can play on the indoor playground...gives me somewhat of a break. Oh okay, and I LOVE their shakes. Yummy.

We seldom eat out, the main reason is we live in Hawthorne, and there is nothing out here, and second I can be a cheap-o and unless it is a treat or I am just really wanting to pay for the convenience, (and I happen to be in Gainesville or Palatka) I find it is easier and/or cheaper to make something at home.
Weather it is a frozen pizza (ok still not extremely healthy) or making another fast and easy meal, for me it is less money and faster than driving to a place to eat some fast food.
I find when I am gainesville for any reason, with or without the kids, I am tempted more about going to a fast food place.

This article does motivate me more to do something about my weight. I have been giving that more thought lately.
