Two boys, ages 3 and 1 |
Can anyone recommend a good yoga class -- maybe one specifically for moms-to-be or new moms? I've been wanting to take a yoga class for a while. Usually I just run and do some strength training, but I think something more relaxing would be nice once a week. Does anyone do yoga and absolutely love how it makes you feel?

I love yoga, I do it almost everyday at home with my 3-month-old. If she's being good she sits and watches, otherwise, she loves to do little leg stretches with me!
I would love to find a great mommy/baby yoga class. I took a prenatal class in Clearwater before she was born and loved it. Or even to just find some people who enjoy it and get together once in a while to do yoga would be fun (although I am not a yoga teacher). |

Nikki 782-I lived in Palm Harbor before moving to Gainesville. I have a few friends in Clearwater and belonged to a play group that Morton Plant Hospital had. We may know some of the same people
