I am looking for a gymnastics class or program to put my daughter in (and not at O2B, they are too pricey for what we want to do.) Does anyone have any recommendations?

One of Caeli's friends goes to classes at the Y...but I think they might be kind of expensive too....I'm pretty sure they have their prices on their website....

My 3 year old takes the gymnastics class at the Y. I actually have an upcoming blog on the subject!

In any event, the price is a hundred a fifty, for a 10 or 12 week class. not sure on the length.

Here is the addy for my daddy blog. Well worth checking out, even if you aren't a daddy.

You know, my husband was so glad when I found GainesvilleMoms.com. He just wonders when someone will start a GainesvilleDads. Smiler I guess maybe there just aren't enough stay at home dads to keep it busy.
And I'm glad that my husband isn't the only man chasing a naked little girl around trying to get her clothes on. I think our daughter runs faster when she is naked.

There aren't enough stay at home dads... yet... for a gainesville dads website. Give it a few more years.

To get a bit off topic here... it shouldn't matter if there are stay-at-home-dads... there are tons of dads. And while us moms are more likely to chat aren't they likely to as well?

Many of us here are not stay-at-home.

I would gladly argue (haha) and fight for a dad website.. lets get our husbands to check it out, post, whatever... I am sure some will think it ridiculous at first, but I know mine already goes to some other sites/blogs of interest and information....

*walking around with a picket sign* Dad, Dad, he's the man, if he can't blog, who the heck can?

Well, as you all know, I am not a SAHM, but my hubby recently became a SAHD. I think he needs all the support he can get. (And I mean that in the kindest way, lol)

I am all for the Dad's club and am willing to help organize! My husband was a SAHD for a year and a half while finishing his MBA in Gainesville. It was hard for him as he would go the park w/ teh kids and he would see teh Mom's grouping together and he felt excluded-he also was not sure he wanted to be included Wink. I also agree that the Dad's do not have to be SAHDs. I work FT and find a TON of value in this site. So perhaps we need to organize it for the Dad's?
