Does anyone use a nanny or au pair versus a day-care center? I always thought that if we had three that young it might be a good option, cost-wise, but we're definitely not there yet.

I heard about a nanny agency in Gainesville and they say that when there are multiple children, it really helps with cost as opposed to day care. Does anyone know the name of the nanny agency in Gainesville?
