Wisconsin 1: Girl (7 months) |
My hair has always been really thin and fine, but it was very long and when I got pregnant I decided I needed to cut it to make it easier to work with. So I donated 16 inches to locks of love, and since then it has been growing so fast! My daughter is almost 6 months old now and I have cut it to my jaw so many times but it's still an inch or so past my shoulders. But just recently I started losing a lot of it, I guess the hormones are changing back, it's getting back to being thin and fine. Darn.

Two boys, ages 3 and 1 |
Oh, the losing the hair stage of post-pregnancy. I hated that! I would have to unclog my shower drain at least once a week because the hair would come out by the handful. It does end though. My hairdresser (Rachel at Turning Heads, by the way -- love her!) told me that continuing to take prenatal vitamins will help a little -- but I never remembered to take them.
