even though it was corrective, it was elective. i work in surgery and unfortunately there is no test to show whether or not a person is going to react to anesthesia. that is why you sign more papers regarding anesthesia than anything else. every time anyone is put to sleep for surgery, all the risks and benefits should be weighed very carefully.
my prayers are with her family. i can't begin to understand the pain they are feeling. |
