Has anyone heard of or used the Publix baby club program? My OB mentioned it at an appointment, and said they have really good coupons and discounts associated with it. Does anyone know if it is for low-income or can anyone partake?
I did join the publix baby club with my first! It does have a lot of good deals on their brand diapers, baby food and baby products! They also send you this awesome book for you, kind of a tell all about kids, for free! It's not just for low income, anyone can join. It does ask your income though it's an optional question so you don't have to answer if you don't want to. I think it's more for marketing purposes rather than who should get what because they make less! I think was great! Best of all, it's FREE!
We LOVED the Publix baby club! They send you all kinds of good coupons. I'm not sure they are still doing it but they had one for toddlers too...they would still send you coupons but they were for pullups instead of diapers...that kind of thing.
I LOVE the publix baby club! My son is 4 months and it's been such a help. It's for mainly publix items but there's also coupons for name brand formula/diapers/etc that you can combine with manufacture coupons too. It's great!
I used it with my first, and also registered her for the Preschool Pals (age 2 and up). When I was pregnant with my 2nd, I signed back up again, and are getting the great deals once again! I love it!

I used it too and loved it! Anyone can join! You get great little magazines that are age appropriate for your child and good coupons. (Sometimes the coupons are even good for free stuff!) You also will receive a free little cake for your child's first birthday.
Now that my daughter is two, we don't receive the coupons anymore, but we joined the preschool Pals, which is also a wonderful resource.

Stacy-How did you get a cake?? I never knew that was part of it. Is it that you have to buy one of their cakes to get one for free? Or was it a coupon they sent? My second daughter's birthday's coming in March, and I'd like to know how you got it. Thanks!

hmm I am trying to remember. I am pretty sure, like bishop96 said, that we had to buy one of their regualr cakes. But that was fine with us since we would have bought there anyways. They have such yummy cakes and such a big selection.
But I do remember getting information about it through the baby club. As long as you mention something to the bakery, I'm sure you won't have a problem.
prinsezz2000 you don't even have to be in the baby club, though it's great, to get the free baby cake! You only get it with the 1st birthday though and you do have to purchase either one of the already made ones or have them make a special one. You just tell them when you go in that it's your little ones first birthday and ask about getting the free cake! It's a little one just for the baby so she can dig in all by herself!
