Hi everyone!

I had heard about Zumba Fitness before at my gym (GHFC), so I tryed it there once, and I was not to fund of it. Then, i stated researching it online, the more and more I read about it, the more I wanted to do it!
Then I found out that an old friend of mine was an instructor here in town, so I decided to give it a second try!! I have to say I fell in love with it!!!!! I read it online that one hour of it equals to the loss of 1000 calories!!!!!!!!!! Isn't that amazing??? Has anyone else tryed it?
I do it at the Okito America Family Fun Center.It is located behing the hooters on 34th.
If anyone is interested on going or lerning more about it let me know and I'll give you more info!
I have to say, I am a big time gym junkie, and I the days that I got to Zumba, I get the best work out! The next day I am completly sore, and I can really fell the work out, at the same time it is fun!

i tried it at GHFC and thought it was fun the teacher was great then I went again and it was another teacher and it wasnt so good. I used to teach latin dance so Im really picky about this class..im going to give it another chance at GHFC but it deff. is a great workout.

The good one at the GHFC is on Fridays at 6pm at the Tioga Center, it is the same teacher as the one at Okito America, the bRazilian lady, Cristiane.
