Yes. I believe you can sometimes. I believe it requires a lot of pumping, nursing, etc. Check out kellymom.com, it's a great resource. Then, if you need more help, La Leche League's monthly meeting is this Saturday at the Millhopper Branch Library on 43rd St. It's from 10 a.m.-noon.
