Is this just adorable or what? These little "cake" babies are cake decorations and made out of Marzipan, which is a sweet paste made out of ground almonds and sugar. Is this amazing or what?

Aaawww, that is so cute! Are they edible? 'Course, I could never eat a baby decoration! I'm also the wacko little girl that, at my 5th birthday party, did not want to open my present from my mom and dad, because it was wrapped in pretty pink kitten wrapping paper, and I "didn't want to hurt the poor little kitties" by ripping the paper all up!

Geez, I was really twisted, even back then, LOL!

That is so funny about the wrapping paper! And yes, these are edible but how wrong would I feel eating one of these babies?!

Hey, SoftballMom, are you an awesome cake baker? I used to be, and then for a string of years I lived with crappy ovens, but then recently got a brand-spanking-new convection oven and...TADA...my baking days have returned!

By the way, how'd the Nanny birthday brunch go?

Those are so cute!! I would really like those if I ever get to have my own baby shower again. But for me that will be a few years.
