Does anyone have any big plans for summer? There are so many options for camps and classes in Gainesville. We're doing some swimming lessons for sure. My oldest loves running and jumping, so maybe some kind of gymnastics or tumbling.

No big plans for me. My kids will be at their dad's and I will be filling my summer up with all those little tasks and projects I can't really do when the kids are home.

I'm hoping to do a bunch of things this summer...we are converting our garage into a playroom..so that is the big home improvement thing. But we have passes to Seaworld and Busch Gardens, so I would like to go there and also I have heard there is a really cool science museum in Orlando..we might check that out. We are thinking about adding Aquatica (the new Seaworld waterpark) to our passes but we have decided yet. Hopefully, we will actually do some of it...haha

well...as of now my plans are kind of simple but fun. we're going to be going atleast once a week to the beach (since i can get there myself, i can take the kids), ive talked Ryan into swimming lessons so he'll be doing that (hopefully), we too have the seaworld/busch gardens passes so we're going to do that ALOT...my parents are coming for a week so we're going to be going to the pool everyday while they are here. we love the museum here in town so we'll do that alot. and lots of playdates. Lilly made tons of friends in preK so we'll be spending alot of time with them. One of her friends is spending the summer in Costa Rica so we'll be doing the penpal thing with them. then there are the projects...we already fixed the screen on the back porch, we'll be adding pegboard to the garage, making a table for the back porch and a few other things. Oh, then there's the not so much fun stuff...we're going to take weekly "field trips" to the grocery or farmers market to get 1 new fruit, 1 new vegetable and 1 dessert. I prepare the fruit and veggie as part of our dinner, the kids try something new and get dessert. we're trying to introduce new things.
Wow...sorry for such a long response! haha hope everyone has a wonderful and safe summer, no matter what they do!!

I love the Farmer's Market! Which one do you go to? We usually go to Haile; But lately I've been wanting to head out to Tioga. That's such a creative idea!

I took my kids to that science museum in Orlando. It is really cool. So much hands on activities and 4 floors of just everything science related you can think of. We spend a good 4 hours in there and the kids were not ready to leave. The IMAX Shows were also great. They have a titanic thing going on there. I would defiantly recommend it!

We had a museum like this in Charlotte, NC. They had the IMAX theater there, too. The kids had so much fun. It was the same way, 4 floors. We even made a movie and got to bring home the DVD of it. It was so much fun!! I was 9 months pregnant the last time we went. That was fun, heh.
