I still can't seem to get the options to show up on mine.

I have mine set up!!

I still get stuck at #2 - I don't have an option to view/edit profile on my list???? Did I not set something up right???

I can't even get the options to pop up when I click on Profile. HELP PLEASE.

Once you click on Go, then profile, there should be an option that pops up that says View/Edit Complete Profile. Did you see that at all? Either way, I set up a generic avatar for you. If you want a custom one, I can set that up for you if you send a jpeg image to:

Thanks Suzy!!! I might find a good pic and send it at some point to have you post that one for me but this one is cute. I do occasionally get a scroll arrow - like the down arrow on the right of the options but can never read the words that should be there and i can't seem to get it farther down on my page.. Wonder if I try it in something other than IE - if that would work better..
