I'd like to hear some feedback about the new site. What do you guys think??

Been out for a while but looks good. Where did you change offices to?? I use to do security for Gainesville Sun back in 99-00..

It's ok. I think it looks way too busy. Too much going on and it seems like everything is just listed like a database.
The only thing I didn't like about the previous design is the rotating headlines.

I have to agree with Tammy...I don't really like it as much. With the old site it was super easy to just read the local news (the state news always seemed like it was National news instead). Now it's seems really busy and focused on video content..which honestly, I don't watch....

well the first thing I hated about it was that for a whole week I could not log in and respond to posts. It was very fustrating. I think the previous site they had was much more attractive than this one.

of course that is just my .2cents!

I'm glad the rotating headlines is gone. I check the Gainesville Sun site at least once a day and it was frustrating trying to read the headlines and choose what I wanted to read in time.

It may just be the way the layout is or maybe it's a slow week but there seems to be less local news.

I also do not watch the videos.

Otherwise I like that the design makes it a little easier to get around the site.

How many moms watch videos online? Just curious.

I don't mostly because the kids don't let me. I have a hard enough time getting through reading an article without interruptions, much less concentrate on a video.

I bet moms are the least likely to watch videos, because of the time it takes to do so...

I really don't. The only thing I watch on-line is Lost every Friday. Just because it comes on late Thursday nights and there are ALOT less commercials. Other than that I don't have the time.
