is there a size limit on how big a picture must be to be uploaded here? I was uploading some pics from my trip the other day and it was seemimg to take forever, so I stopped it and thought I would come back later.

I know there is a size limit, but I'd have to check to tell you what that limit is. The best thing to do is to use Flickr.com. There you can upload all of your pictures and then re-size them. It is really easy. Once you re-size them, you can re-save the files somewhere on your computer and upload them as photo albums. OR you can clcik on the picture icon and paste the link that Flickr will give you once you choose a photo size. I usually choose "small" and that does the trick...
