Hi, Suzy, tonight was fun, yes? Again, I'm very glad I found your site and all the wonderful moms on it.

OK, so now I must hang my head in complete and utter guilt, because while I was out with you ladies, having a wonderful time sans spouse and kids, not only did hubby bathe, feed and put the babies to bed, he also vacuumed and steam-cleaned the den and the kids play room (and that's saying quite a bit). But you, a fellow vacuum hater, won't rat me out to him that I called him a horrid roommate, will ya?

As I was singing praises of my wonderful husband, he was giving into the baby girl asking for her "boggle." So I guess I will start over tomorrow night. Oh well. The night out was well worth it. I had a great time and it was great to finally meet all of you!

I had a really good time tonight as well.... while my house is still just as messy (if not more so) than it was when I left, K is sleeping soundly and all is well. TripleAmom... your secret is definately safe! Can't wait for the next one.

Here, here! I'd vote to make it a weekly night out if we could...but that would never fly around here, LOL, mostly coz then dear daddy would want his fair share of nights out, too!

But yes, one of the many benefits of being a mom is the fellowship with other moms!

Me too.... it's nice to be able to sit and talk with other people that understand what your going through..... it would be nice to have nights out more often but I know I wouldn't be able to get away with it!

I'm revived after tonight, but I am bummed about Bishop96's house party being cancelled tomorrow. The one two weeks ago was fun. There were only 4 of us, but it's such a small world...one friend of hers that was there is someone that I have dealt with, over the phone, through our jobs, once a month for 7 years...but we'd never met in person! And bishop's sister, turns out, works in an industry and with some of the same people that I worked in about 12 years ago! Small world and getting smaller all the time! It was a lot of fun. Who was the other mom on here that was hooked up with house party? I checked out their website, and it looks kind of interesting.
