I just figured out how to do this and it seems pretty easy.

Add a ticker:
Go to Lilypie.com (or a similar site.) After you create your ticker, the site will give you an HTML code. Copy the code.

At GainesvilleMoms.com, click:
"Talk"
"Go"
"Personal Zone"
"Profile"
"View/Edit complete profile"
Paste the HTML code into the "Signature" box.
Click "Submit"

Add a picture:
You will need to use a web site like photobucket.com or flickr.com

Download your picture onto that site. If you click on your picture, you will have the option to adjust the image size. Click on thumbnail.

Copy the HTML code.

At GainesvilleMoms.com, click:
"Talk"
"Go"
"Personal Zone"
"Profile"
"View/Edit complete profile"
Paste the HTML code into the "Signature" box.
Click "Submit"

Add a blinkie:
Go to a site like free-blinkies.com (or a simliar one). After you make your blinkie, copy the HTML code.

At GainesvilleMoms.com, click:
"Talk"
"Go"
"Personal Zone"
"Profile"
"View/Edit complete profile"
Paste the HTML code into the "Signature" box.
Click "Submit"
