I KNEW IT!!! I always thought the strict 3000 mile marker was a ploy to get us to pay more often at the mechanic and buy more oil. Now that may not be true, but they are admitting that cars can go 10,000 miles without a change due to better oils and better cars so stop stressing (I know you're all overdue like me and feeling guilty) and keep driving...if you can afford it. |

My van just passed the 3000 mark from it's last oil change and I kept thinking, gotta make time, gotta make time. Well, now I can put if off for awhile.

That's great! I thought it was in that way. I have also thought about just checking the oil myself, but so far have been to lazy to do it.
Also, I didn't get around to having my oil changed till almost 10,000 miles the last time, so this makes me feel better. Tammy Architect major @SFCC, working my butt off to get into UF. |
