I just heard that most of these families on this compound are on welfare. Is this right? And how does this happen? How does our system provide for this many children from one dad when the man is breaking the law by having multiple wives?

How would they be on welfare when the welfare system is a sin to them?? They don't communicate with people on the outside.. And like you said all the children and so many wifes that is illegal..so how would they qualify without some legal troubles???

Please, don't take this the wrong way, but is there a reason these women have the poofy hair thing going on, all the same hairstyles? I understand the old-fashioned dress, but is this supposed to be an old-fashioned hair-do?

LOL.. You know I was thinking the same thing when I saw it on tv. I wonder if its like a required hairdo like their uniformed clothing. They all wear the same thing and yes their hair too... Is it required or is it the women trying to be like each other??

A former member was saying that the women wear pastels as a symbol of them being like the jewels in a crown, and their husbands get to wear that crown because they will be kings in heaven one day.
