My son plays on a Jr. Pee-Wee, (10-12 yr olds), football team in Alacua. They are the Santa Fe Raiders. This past Saturday, 10/25/08, they played their last regular season game and are undeafeated, (8-0). The team has to play a conference championship game on 11/1/08 and then they will be off to playoffs. With this said, if anyone knows of any organizations or buissness that might be able to make donations to help with travel expesses, I truly welcome any ideas. I am the team mom for this team and have seen frist hand how hard it is for some of these kids' families to pay anything out of pocket. No donation is too small. Please I have run out of ideas!!!
