I was outside on Sunday and the house next door to me is for sale...I was actually talking to the realtor because it has been for sale forever and I was seeing what was going on with it. She was saying that she was going to try to get the owner to drop the price more because she really didn't think it would sell at the current price...it started out at 205...now it's 179...and she is saying that she doesn't think it will sell unless she drops it to 155-160! She was saying that there are a bunch of houses in our neighborhood for sale right now and they are all around that price...which is great because this is a great neighborhood...I know when we bought ours we felt like we had really lucked out.
