Can you belive that they said I didn't file for my son and I sure did!!!Now I have a $300 check I cant cash til all this gets figured out.I was surpose to get 900 back I'm so disapointed.I really need the money and now Shawns job cut his hours to part time.Were ganna live with my parents forever.I feel so stressed.Nothing can ever go smooth for us I'm so sick of always being upset.I'm really looking forward to moms night out I need the break soooooo bad.

I feel your pain candykane. My husband and I have two kids. We were supposed to get $1800. WE got $600. We were supposed to get it May 9th. We got it May 23rd.

i did read the the IRS was saying they messed up some of the payments..that they forgot to pay for the kids...I think you can double check. We originally thought we were getting 1800 too..but because of how much (or how little really) was taken out of my hubby's paychecks we got less...it is based on how much tax you paid last year.

to the person that only got the 300 and is waiting on the 900?

If you filed as head of household and only had 1 child you will only get back 600.00 not 900.00.
It's 300 for you and 300 for each child.
I had 2 kids and I got 900.00
