I just read this article...it's a very weird concept. Basically, they are saying if people buy these huge million dollars homes, then they will give them an additional $400,000 home to do whatever they want with. They do have to pay property taxes on both though...still...weird!

I know..I was thinking that too! In the article they say...oh, well they can give one to their kids or use it as investment property. A little wacky.
