Good day everyone!! I hope you all had a wonderful, yet peaceful Labor Day. I am in a bit of a rutt...I am a stay at home Mom who also started a home business with Home Interiors. What should I do for a daily routine with our son and at the same time keep my business running. My business is a 24/7 operation and there isn't a "quitting time". Please help!!

I am also a WFH Mom. My job is also very demanding and it requires that I have FT child care during reg business hours. There is no way that I could keep up w/o having child care. Also, my company requires it.

I work out of the home, and many times I have thought, would I be able to handle working at home while having my kids there as well. I know, myself, I don't think I could do it. My job and raising my kids are two full-time jobs, and I don't see how I could do both at home. Maybe you could hire someone to come in a few hours a day -- maybe a high schooler looking for an after-school job? That would free you up some, plus you'd be in the house, so you could keep an eye on everything.

I would have to say that being a full-time SAHM and a business woman is quite a challenge. But I think what LEW and Sarah suggested is going to be your best bet ... it won't hurt to try it out and if it doesn't work, there are always other options out there.

I could remember being a SAHM and working from home. Forutnately tim was old enough he say a bit a home. The nice thing about some home businesses, is that yu have your own schedule (supposedly). So something has to work out.

good luck! let us know what you found.
