NW Gainesville 3 boys (1-3 y/o and 2 -1y/o's) and a step-mom and step-grandma, too! |
Do you agree or not?
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/24397323/from/ET/ I'm a first born, so I sort of do...but I also feel even more strongly that every single family dynamic and situation is different...it's so hard, really impossible, to classify anyone, child or adult, by their birth order (or anything else for that matter). In today's world, there are simply too many variables to peg people in like that. But in my large, blended family, I've seen examples of this, and I think it shifts from time to time, depending on life's circumstances. Jam [url=http://mommamoesblog.blogspot.com/url] |

Gainesville 4: Boy (10), Girl (7), Boy (23 months), Boy (3 months) |
This was true in my family. There was more responsibility placed on the oldest child, my brother. I think it had a lot to do with my mom being a single parent. She really needed him to help out with the other kids. She really needed him to be responsible, beginning at an early age.
