This sickens me. Would you really sit there and let some lady lay on the floor for an hour??? Call me crazy, but if I'm in a hospital waiting room and someone fell out, I would have yelled until help came. It makes me sad to think that my mom could be that woman. Or my grandmother. Or my daughter.
