Mega Fan's here Roll Eyes
We are passholders and go at least 20 times a year.
We stay at all the resorts but Animal Kindom Lodge is our favoriate.

Blizzzzzzard (lol) beach is the best.
In the summer we go to the water park then after it cools down some we go to the park.

To hot in the summer for the parks.
This year we got the pass for sea World and the new water park Aquatica...........can't wait to go there.

Do you know where to sign up to get on this email list, or is it for passholders only? It sounds awesome, and I'm a huge fan of food network. Did you watch the Disney/Pixar cake baking challenge?

The tv audience thing isn't through Disney. They have all kinds of events they cover. I got one a couple weeks ago for the Nick Slime Games (or something crazy) I get emails from Tvaudiences@aol.com, I don't even remember how I ended up on there..haha..we went to the character cake one..they did Popeye, Curious George, and Scooby doo...Caeli was super excited because her favorite cake makers were there (she's only 7 but she loves the shows) She wore this great shirt her dad made her that said "I am the Next Food Network Star" and the host brought her up on the stage and was making a big deal and then when the chef's were on break we ran out to the restroom and one of them asked if he could take her picture with him b/c he loved her shirt!

My family and I are serious Disney fans too. We have the annual passes and enjoy going to the different parks at least once every couple months. We also like Sea World too.

BrandysMom, I'd love to know how Aquatica is...? We were thinking about trying to go there too.

Im what you like to call a "super fan". I worked there. Hahahahaha
Hi 5 to myself!
Im also up on Universal.
Im originally from St Pete, so often, you would find me at Busch Gardens or Adventure Island.
I studied oceanography with some pals at USF as a teen and spent a lot of time at Sea World.
Now that I think about it.. Im sort of a theme park whore. I love them.
As a parent.. I just have an excuse to hop in the car and go0o0o0o!

We're getting the annual passes as our family Christmas present (that's the plan anyways). I haven't been to the parks since I was in high school about 10 years ago, and I know so much has changed. Animal Kingdom and Islands of Adventure didn't even exist back then!

Its -such- a blast!
Its sort of a kill joy when you go with someone who has worked there.. Unless you wanna know where all the do0rs go! Hahahaha!
Im also a big fan of showing people where Tink lands after 'flight' kicking off the fireworks.
oOo.. That, alone.. Is a show!
For those of you who love Disney, and wander with a dark mind when you go, Im your girl! LoL I preserve the magic for the kiddies, but for someone who likes a go0d story- I got them!
We're about to go down after the 'busy' season. We started a tradition when we lived there and now, the time has come for the next in line to receive his first hair cut!
Plus, once you work there, you have all the free in's you could want.. If you can afford the gas, its worth the trip!

Ive never been to Disney Land.. Although when you work there, your main gate pass works at all parks except Tokyo Disney Land.
Its really a blast for parents and kids.
I suggest planning your trip! Bo0k hotels ahead of time.. And for the love of God.. Dont go Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. You can forget holidays also! LoL
Monday- Thursday!
You know if you need help with the game plan, Im always way to0 excited to help!

The grandparents have taken the kids there many times, but WE finally took them two years ago in the spring. I was shocked at the cost, although I'm not quite sure why. A friend of ours takes her family of 5 there every other year and she had often talked of how she brings in food and drinks with her to avoid the ridiculously high prices. They refill their water bottles at the water fountains and sit off to the side to eat their lunch and dinner.

After spending WAY too much money on our trip there (we were too "proud" to bring our drinks and food.....now we call ourselves STOOPIDSmiler), we won't return without a cooler. There are just too many other ways I can think of to spend money better (the park is fine, but the cost of the extras is over the top).

As for rides, our son loved the simple car racing; I think we obliged him 3x. Our daughter is a dare devil; the higher, faster and more scary the better. I stood and watched as she and her father enjoyed those types of rides. Universal Studios is the place I enjoy the most, but I am WAY too cheap to want to return anytime soon!
