So, it was a long day today..but my 3 year old has this wonderful wackiness that just lightens any mood...here are just a few wonderful "loganism" Smiler
1) he says to me tonight while drinking juice
Logan: momy this is deeeeelicious
Me: oh so it's deeeelicious, huh?
Logan: no mommy...deeee lick.cious
Me: um, what?
Logan: deeelickcious see...I look over to him licking the outside of the cup! Umm...oooook.

2) He proclains while we are on a walk...GIANT WEASELS ARE AWESOME....just screams it...no reason

3) He's jumping up and down on the couch..takes all his clothes (except his diaper, thankfully) and proclaims...I smell like bacon!

Yep...that's my kiddo....fun and totally wacky!

That's so cute. Ya know, it's those little, out of nowhere moments that really make parenting so great.

OMG I can post!

a few weeks ago my 4yr old boy took a nap (which I try to avoid-he stays up too late) and I was trying to wake him after about an hour or two. I tried to bribe him with a movie..he tossed and turned, then I said "Hey look, it's the new movie you got at your birthday party! We haven't even opened it yet. Do you know how to open this?" and he VERY sleepily replied "mamma, I have no clue."

Never before had he uttered those words, hilarious.

I completely get your three-year-old...I love when they can really start talking..they stuff they come up with is great. I actually started keeping a journal of funny things, events, happenings, sayings, etc. for each of the boys. The three year old, being the oldest and the non-stop talker, has page after page of entries. I'm someday going to put it all in book form for each of the kids...perhaps when they graduate high school. Oh, some of their stuff is priceless. Smiler

Haha...funny thing..Caeli said that she is going to write them down and then use them against him later..haha...that's my girl!
Oh, and here's another good one from Logan..he has been fighting me about clipping his nails (he's always been fine with it until now) and he woke up this morning with part of his nail sticking up. So, I say, let me get that..he starts screaming NOOOOOO....then he runs away. A few minutes later he walks by me and says look mommy and holds up his finger and says this is my best friend "nail"...then he says..come on "nail" lets go play.....ahahhahaha.

I just love how kids are full of life and wonder. Your son sounds hilarious! I especially loved the "I smell like bacon!"

Yesterday I was driving with my daughter, who turned 5 on Wednesday, and she said, "Look, Mom, Eeks!"

"What?"

"Eeks! Can't you see them! Look!"

"HUH?"

"Mom, there are Geeks flying!"

"Geeks???" I was a bit confused.

"In the sky. Eeks!"

I looked up to see two Geese flying above us. Geeks, Eeks...it all works, right? Wink
