Does anyone know of any type of sports/groups for pre-school aged children in the area? My son is almost 4 and wants to be involved in some kind of sports group like his older brother and friends and I have not been able to find anything in the age range. Please let me know if you are aware of anything.

My daughter, who is 2.5, also wants to start a sport - soccer. Her daddy coaches the middle school team where he teaches and after watching him and the game, she loves it. My hubby couldn't be happier.

I've heard a lot of good things about the prekarate program at O2b. They start at age 4 and go until kindergarten. You may want to try there.

The YMCA offers:

soccer 3 and up
t-ball 3 and up
basketball 3 and up

The seasons are fairly short about 8 weeks and the cost is fairly inexpensive.

Tumblemania is a great place for gymnastics starting at age 2 - I have 3 girls that take classes there and they are reasonable as well - 1st child $45 2nd child $35 and 3rd $20 for one class per week each month. I know that O2B kids does not offer that; you have to pay the same rate for each child.
