We have a group of women that get together once a month to play, (very easy game). We have about 8 people that are usually definate people that come, but you need 12 to play, so we are looking for 4 more women, and possibly a few extras for fill ins, in case someone can't make it. Everyone brings $5 that night, and the host takes all money, and donates to a charity of their choice. Send me a PM if you interested in joining. We usually do a practice round to show anyone that doesn't know how to play. Very easy game to pick up on.
Thanks
Daphne

Have never played. However, I have a cousin who is a military wife and she said all of the military wives get together to play and that it is addicting! Sounds like fun!

Game Overview
Strictly speaking, Bunco is a game of dice, played in rounds. Players take turns rolling the dice and trying to accumulate as many points as possible to win each round. The game is played at tables of four in competing teams of two. Players score points by rolling three dice and trying to match the number they're supposed to roll for that round. They get a point for each die that rolls the number, and if all three roll the number they score 21 points. They also score 5 points for rolling three of a kind of any other number. They get to keep rolling as long as they score one or more points with each roll. Once they fail to score they pass the dice to their left and the opposing team gets a chance to score.During each round the teams at the Head Table try to score 21 points. The first team to score 21 points wins the round and play stops. At all other tables play stops when the Head Table play stops and the team with the highest score at each lower table wins the round. At the end of the round players change seats, the winners at each of the lower tables move up a table, and the losers at the head table move to the lowest table. Players also switch partners at the end of the round, so you never play with the same partner twice in a row.During play, players track the number of rounds they win and lose as a team, and the number of Buncos scored individually, on their personal scorecard. At the end of the night wins/losses and Buncos are tallied and prizes awarded.

We used to play, too busy right now. hope to start back up when the house is finished. I bought a kit at Best Buy, $10. Comes with all the dice, cute note pads, everything you might need.

we host and include dinner, no kids or men allowed! we have cute theme prizes. like i hosted one time in January so my theme was snowmen. i used the money to cover the cost of dinner and the prizes. we have a blast, really miss it right now.

We are playing this Thursday about 630-7ish. We need about 3 more people to play. We do a practice round before to show you and anyone else new how to play. IT's SOOO easy. you'll know how to play in less than 5 minutes. So if you're interested in playing this week, let me know, and I'll send you the information.
Thanks
Daphne
