I don’t understand why she can do this.
Is she going to donate all the money to a charity?
It states that there must be 5000 entries that’s a million dollars….for a house that is worth around 400thousand maybe.

This is just a raffle they get away with it by calling it a game of skill.
Is this legal?
Can we sell tickets and have an essay contest to sell our house or car?
If so I can sell a car for around 20K (worth around 500.00) if I sell enough tickets and get them to writ e a letter on why they need it.
