I have 2 cards. The one I have paid off recently because I tried for an entire year to get them to activate/fix my online account. I was late several times because of the paper statements arriving late or their claim to not receive my check in the mail until the day AFTER it was due. I pay all my bills online and they had terrible customer service that never delivered. The second one keeps changing my due date to earlier sometimes by 3 days so if I don't stay on top of it they get me! I'm just so frustrated!!! Anyone else ever have problems with these companies?
