Is anyone planning to go?? I think I am going to brave it this year. If anyone wants to meet up and maybe have a nice lunch maybe we could make it a mom's morning out.

Oh that would be so much fun! But I am going to be out of town for Thanksgiving. Bummer! I think I am going to brave the crowds and go shopping where we'll be, though, so I'll think of you all when I'm out there!

I might be interested, we'll have to see. I will have most of my shopping done by then but there is just something about being out there Black Friday that I LOVE! I don't know yet for sure whether we'll have family visiting etc. I'll let you know closer to.

They don't have a listing for Toy R Us yet but I am going to hunt around for theirs online and if I find it I will post a link. The Kmart ad here is for Thanksgiving Day instead of Friday.

If you register with the site they will email you updates on new ads coming out. I too have found some deals. Some of them it even tells you that the item is already available online at the listed price. This will help me A LOT come Black Friday as it will eliminate some of my stops!!

I know I will be at Best Buy so far...probably Toys R Us too if I can ever find their 'secret book'. I have a feeling I will have to wait for it like everyone else

K-Mart, although I usually don't go there, seemed to have some good deals too!

We go every year! It's so much fun. My husband has been bugging me about seeing the ads for two weeks now, and they aren't even out yet! LOL Since we have kids now, he usually gets in line around 3am and then I join him with the boys about ten minutes before the store opens. Everyone thinks we are crazy, but we enjoy it! It's kind of like an adrenoline rush! LOL We are all usually exhausted by noon.

Okay, I know I have been teasing along about this, BUT I finally decided today that I was tired of no one making a firm decision so I did. We ARE coming up for Thanksgiving so I CAN make the Black Friday shopping and hopefully brunch afterward trip!!! YAY!!!! I will pass along my cell # so we can coordinate time/place etc. I am the early freak so anyone who wants to meet way early, let me know! I may not shop but I will have fun vicariously shopping thru you all and I can help clear the aisles...LOL

Seriously, we may need a safe word and a bail collection....

We should all wear like the same color shirts or something, like a tour group at Disney...

This sounds like fun! I will have to check with my husband to see if he has to work on Friday, and if so what time he has to be in.

I really wish I could be there, But there is no way that I would be able to have my daughter with me, it would be to cold out. And I have no sitter and my husband has to work early morning. Too bad, Michelle is never in town and this would be the one chance to meet.

Well, since I seem to be the rockstar of the week (LOL, I love the attention, ignore me) I will offer this - if anyone wants to meet up either Friday night for drinks and/or dinner or Saturday to do a mini-playdate someplace, PM me and we will see if we can't work something out! We will be staying in Newberry so not too far from the big city. I'm sure by the end of the weekend, you will all be tired of me...LOL

Stacy - I am so sorry you will be out of town! I come up and you come almost as far down...wave to me on I75!! Hard to miss me, red momvan with OZZY tags...and according to hubby I drive at 109 mph - yeah! Like a momvan will go that fast!!

hmmm i have always had to work
but now that i work at the hospital & actually have that Friday off i just might go, altho i get off work at 730am, but still it would be good to see what it is all about

I should be back in town on Friday by noon, Michelle, but its worthless for me to go shopping since we are broke. But I surely would not mind meeting for drinks Friday or Saturday night. I would love to catch up with you.
