NW Gainesville 2..girl 7 and boy 3 |
I am friends with a mom on another mom board and she is such an inspiration...I have made posts on there about these 2 charities but I wanted to share with you guys too.
The first is called Nothing But Nets (www.nothingbutnets.net) and for $10 they will send a mosquito net to a child in Africa to help stop the spread of mosquito borne malaria. The second is actually a well known charity in desperate need of help...UNICEF..I recently read an article that stated that they believe in the next couple of months that upwards of 120,000 children will perish from starvation...with the cost of food going up everywhere, they just can't afford to go all the places they used to.
