Nothing like waiting 'til the last minute. My hubby's birthday is Friday and I have no idea what to get him. He is the type that just goes and gets what he needs/wants. We always go shopping together so I haven't really had a chance to pick anything up. My plan was to go today, but I have come down with my daughter's wonderful cold. (And it is a bad one.) On top of not feeling like going, I thought about cologne, but I can't smell right now. He always says not to get him anything, but he really spoils me and I would like to find him something nice. Any ideas?

I like to make sentimental things for my husband. I usually have the kids help me. Here is a picture frame that I made him, complete with their hand prints.
It was very simple. Just used some white card stock and a black stamp pad. I bought the frame at Michael's. He LOVED it! Last year, I bought a basket and had the kids each choose a gift. Then we put the gifts in the basket and wrapped it up in some basket wrap I bought at Michael's, and took him to dinner, where he opened his basket. It was really cute and it was fun to do together. |

That is really cute and creative. Maybe I will try something like that.
