I was watching The Today Show yesterday and was shocked to hear that a website I was new too and excited about was being used for child prostitution! I learned of the site through other moms who found that selling and buying baby items locally was a breeze on this site and as I am expecting my first I was thrilled to find this truth. However, I looked myself and sure enough there is an "erotic services" link on the home page. On the show there were several 15 year old girls who were "pimped out" via the site and claimed it was "safer than being on the streets." I've never heard of "safer prostitution" and was heart-broken listening to these girls. Now I know there is a much deeper issue here concerning families, fatherhood, and self-esteem, but I believe in the power of the people and will be boycotting the site until they remove the link. I don't know if this is the answer since people like this will find a way to exploit their victims but I have to feel like I'm not a part of it in any way.

Can you show me where this information on cragislist is? I searched several cities within Florida, including Gainesville and didn't find any underage girls being pimped out.
I found the erotic services category, but they are all appear to be of age, and before you enter, it states that you should report any link that violates craiglists terms including illegal activity.

I watched 20/20 last night and they mentioned the prostitution solicitation on craigs list, but I didn't hear about children. You never know these days.
