I googled it and hydrotherapy and water birth are the same thing.
Suzy, no, my labors don't last long, but they start suddenly with no buildup and sprint through doing the same work in less time. I honestly don't know which is really "easier." My mom's first labor (me) was only 2.5 hours...so it runs in my family. Both my kids were exactly the same length. I figure/hope that my son took the same time because he was trying to claw his way your. His hands were covering his face, so instead of just pushing his head out, it was his hands and arms too.
