Hi ladies (and gents Wink ) I have decided to part with my wedding dress and I wanted to post it here before I do anything else. I will be happy to take more pics if someone is definitely interested. I am including one shot here (no, not with the hubby but my Dad's best friend, who gave me away) and I will do my best to describe it.

It is a size 20 but keep in mind wedding dresses run small. It is floor length, Queen Anne neckline with full cathedral train, long sleeved, HEAVILY beaded (weighs about 12 pounds) and has lace inserts in the train. The back is sheer/netting with the tiny little buttons from the top of the neck to below the waist, but thank goodness they are over a zipper! It does have the bow/bustle thing for the train. There is a coordinating veil as well. It will fit a "busty" bride and I did have to wear heels and kind of "held up" the front of the skirt behind my bouquet so I didn't trip!! It is beautiful, but I am not getting married again so I will offer it to another lady so she can feel as fabulous as I did.

I will sell the dress and veil for $200, including shipping to a G'ville address. If you are interested like NOW, send me a PM and I will bring it up when we come up for Thanksgiving. I hope someone can use it because it is really lovely!

What a beautiful dress (and bride)! It looks a lot like mine also (must have been a very popular dress a few years back). But, like you, I have no plans on hitching up with a number 3, so best of luck to you!

Thanks for the kind words ladies!! It is a really beautiful dress but it takes up a huge chunk of my closet and I am tired of moving it out of the way!

I hope someone can use it! Smiler

That is beautiful, Michelle! I keep thinking about what I should do with my dress...? I don't want to part with it, but what am I ever really going to do with it?

Exactly! It is too pretty to just stash in the closet and I don't plan to wear it again so why not pass it along? I may even be flexible on the price Wink

Just wanted to bring this up again, in case there are any brides to be who need a beautiful dress at a great price! I don't want to have to pack and move it again so I am hoping someone out there needs it! Smiler
